A LIFE IN MARTIAL ARTS
DEEP KNOWLEDGE.
CLEAR INSTRUCTION.
Born in Brazil, Professor Guto has devoted decades to studying, competing in, and teaching martial arts.
He developed within Brazilian Top Team under Murilo Bustamante, Diego Gamonal, and Ruy Frade. After competing in Brazil and the United States, he earned his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and continued developing as a professor and coach.
Today, Professor Guto is a 3rd-degree black belt who teaches everyone from first-day beginners to experienced black belts and championship competitors.
BRAZILIAN TOP TEAM LINEAGE
A LEGACY HE IS PROUD TO CARRY.
Brazilian Top Team is more than Professor Guto’s affiliation. It is the team that shaped his Jiu Jitsu, his standards, and his responsibility as a professor.
He carries that legacy forward with respect for the masters who taught him, commitment to the art he continues to study, and pride in the students he now develops.
HOW PROFESSOR GUTO TEACHES
Professor Guto teaches Jiu Jitsu as a complete system, not a collection of tricks. Classes connect strong fundamentals, detailed mechanics, problem-solving, drilling, and live application so students can build a game that is truly their own.
