NEW TO JIU JITSU?

BEGIN WITH A PRIVATE INTRODUCTION.

This is the recommended first step for anyone with less than six months of Jiu Jitsu training.

During your free 45-minute introduction, you will meet privately with Professor Guto, discuss your goals, see the academy, and learn what to expect in regular classes.

Professor Guto will explain how beginners are paired with experienced teammates, learn the foundations, and enter live training gradually. The goal is to help you begin confidently at a pace that is safe and appropriate for you.
